We are a preferred automotive supplier, with a solid foundation of exceptional cold stamping capabilities, able to add value through additional processes and organizational technologies.

Raw material
We work with carbon steel / stainless steel (A2-70) / other materials on request (to be assessed case by case).
Cold stamping
We have machines with up to 7 stations. We carry out prototyping if the project requires it.
Threading
We perform internal/external threading, center punching, and knurling.
Machining
We work with lathes and customized machining centers.
Heat treatment*
We manage processes such as annealing, quenching and tempering, induction hardening, and carburizing.
Surface treatment*
We manage zinc plating, zinc-nickel, zinc flake coating, and special coatings to be assessed if required.
Secondary options*
We perform vibratory finishing, shot blasting, patch coating, and plastic injection.
Assembly operations*
We carry out 100% inspection of parts: dimensions, cracks, 360° thread damage, and presence of heat treatment by Eddy Current. We work with the Odette EDI system and KLT boxes.
Technical cleaning
We meet the required cleanliness level.

We specialize in cold stamping of metal parts, especially for the automotive industry. Cold stamping plays a key role in component manufacturing, as it improves material properties, optimizes costs, and produces complex parts with precision.
We work with specialized machinery that is constantly evolving. We are pioneers in working with 7-stroke cold stamping machines. In addition, we machine forged steel components that we manufacture in-house, using advanced technology and robotic cells to provide a complete and project-specific solution.
